Connect your events with popular third-party tools.

Calendar Sync

Orbit can sync events to external calendars:

• Google Calendar — Two-way sync for staff, one-way for members
• Outlook / Office 365 — Subscribe via iCal feed
• Apple Calendar — Subscribe via iCal feed

Setting Up Calendar Sync

1. Navigate to Events > Settings > Integrations
2. Click Connect next to your preferred calendar provider
3. Authorize the connection
4. Choose which event categories to sync

Video Conferencing

Automatically create virtual meeting rooms for online events:

• Zoom — Meeting links are generated and added to the event page
• Google Meet — Integrated via Google Calendar connection
• Microsoft Teams — Available with Office 365 integration

Webhooks

Send event data to external systems using webhooks. Configure them under Events > Settings > Webhooks.

Available Events

• event.created — Fired when a new event is published
• event.updated — Fired when event details change
• registration.created — Fired when someone registers
• registration.cancelled — Fired when a registration is cancelled
