Connect your events with third-party tools for video conferencing and more.
Zoom
Orbit has a deep integration with Zoom for virtual events. Connect your Zoom account once and manage everything from within Orbit.
Connecting Zoom
- Navigate to Events > Settings
- Click Connect Zoom
- Authorize Orbit to access your Zoom account via OAuth
- Your connected Zoom account email is displayed once connected
You can disconnect at any time from the same settings page.
What You Can Do
Once connected, Zoom integration enables:
- Create new meetings — when creating a virtual event, choose "Create new Zoom meeting" and Orbit automatically creates a Zoom meeting with the correct title, time, and duration
- Link existing meetings — select from your upcoming Zoom meetings to link to an event
- Link existing webinars — select from your upcoming Zoom webinars to link to an event
- Automatic registrant enrollment — when someone registers for your event, they are automatically added as a Zoom registrant. They receive Zoom's join details without any manual work on your part.
- Meeting link on event page — registered attendees see the Zoom meeting link directly on the event page
Zoom Import
You can also import upcoming Zoom meetings and webinars as events. Navigate to Events > Import and select the Zoom tab. Orbit fetches your scheduled meetings and lets you preview and import them as draft events, with the Zoom meeting IDs automatically linked.

Zoom integration requires a Zoom OAuth app configured with:
- Client ID and Client Secret
- A redirect URI pointing to your Orbit instance
Contact your administrator to set up the Zoom OAuth app if it hasn't been configured.

Coming Soon
The following integrations are planned:
- Webhooks — send event data to external systems when events are created, updated, or when registrations occur
