Managing Events
Create, manage, and promote events for your organization.
Creating an Event
Navigate to Events > Create Event in the admin portal. Fill in the following details:
Basic Information
- Title — The name of your event
- Description — A rich-text description shown on the event page
- Date & Time — Start and end times (uses your organization's timezone)
- Location — Physical address or virtual meeting link
Registration Settings
- Capacity — Maximum number of attendees (leave blank for unlimited)
- Registration Deadline — When registration closes
- Waitlist — Enable to allow signups after capacity is reached
Managing Registrations
View and manage registrations from the event detail page. You can:
- Export attendee lists to CSV
- Send bulk emails to registrants
- Check in attendees at the door
- Process refunds for cancellations
Event Analytics
After your event, view analytics including:
- Registration vs. attendance rates
- Revenue collected
- Attendee feedback (if surveys are enabled)
