General Settings

Access general settings from Settings > General in the admin portal.

Organization Details

  • Organization Name — Displayed across the platform and in emails
  • Timezone — Used for event scheduling and date display
  • Default Language — The primary language for your portal

Branding

Upload your logo and set your brand colors under Settings > Branding. These are applied to:

  • Your member portal
  • Transactional emails
  • Invoices and receipts

Email Configuration

Orbit sends transactional emails for membership renewals, event confirmations, and more. Configure your email settings under Settings > Email.

Custom Domain

For a professional touch, set up a custom sending domain. This improves deliverability and ensures emails come from your domain rather than ours.

Payment Settings

Connect your Stripe account under Settings > Payments to start accepting payments for memberships, events, and courses.
